As I embark on this incredible journey as Mrs. BVI Globe 2025, I am filled with enthusiasm and a deep commitment to championing the cause of Mental Health and Wellness. In a world where challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, it is vital to cultivate a nurturing environment for our minds, bodies, and souls. Through my advocacy along with WINBVI, I aim to empower individuals, especially women, to prioritize their mental health so that we can create a community that champions healing, resilience, and self-love.

One of the primary ways I will raise awareness about mental health is by initiating workshops, community events, and to create engaging social media content. By providing accessible information, we can raise understanding, compassion, and empower individuals to embrace their mental wellness journey. In addition to raising awareness, promoting self-care practices would be another aspect of my advocacy. I plan to emphasize the importance of incorporating physical activity, mindfulness, and healthy eating into daily routines. By sharing practical tips and resources, I hope to illustrate how small changes can lead to significant improvements in mental health.

My motto, “Own it, Walk in it, Win with it,” encapsulates this journey perfectly. To own it means acknowledging our struggles and victories; to walk in it signifies embracing our experiences with grace and authenticity; and to win with it represents the strength we gain when we prioritize our mental health.
