My hope is to impress upon all of us is that we have one life to live and in living that life we have to be conscious, we have to be intentional, we have to be strategic, and in doing so, we can live the best life we can. So, when it’s time for us to pass on from this life, we will have little or no regrets.

Live Consciously – Know who you are and what you want —don’t just live in reaction to what ‘they’ want. Take whatever assessment needed to fully understand oneself.

Live Intentionally – Sit in the driver’s seat of your Life -don’t let other’s steer the wheel. Take full responsibility of your life, your decisions. No one does anything to you. You’re either driving yourself or allowing others to drive. Make decisions that guide you towards what you want.

Live Joyously – Find enjoyment in what you do – whoever coined the phrase ‘Life be Lifing’ understands Life is hard, so find your joy. In life there are many challenging things that you have to do, but you get to choose how you do them. You can do them stressfully, begrudgingly and complainingly and feel low energy and won’t change the fact that you have to do them. Or, you can choose to do them joyously, lovingly, and reflectively and have more energy to consistently move forward. When you approach life with a joyous mindset and heart set it won’t change the hard work you have to do but it will change the way it feels while doing it.

Live Victoriously – do something that’s challenging and when you overcome, celebrate your WINS- you can do hard things. The more WINS you have equals the more confident you become and then you can attempt more challenges.
