As Mrs. British Virgin Islands Globe 2024 my platform will focus on rehabilitation, recovery, and reform. It champions solutions for women’s issues in the territory and focuses on transforming the mind, body, and soul.

As the new WINBVI organization ambassador, my campaign will focus on domestic violence. I will collaborate closely with WINBVI to support women from diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds, with the collective goal of reducing incidents of domestic violence in homes, raising awareness, and supporting survivors of this unexpected torment.

Bringing my advocacy plan to fruition will require establishing the necessary support systems, tools, and strategies to mitigate its adverse effects on women’s lives and empower them to become resilient and independent.

Key aspects of my focus will include:

Hosting awareness campaigns utilizing social media, posters, and videos to disseminate the message and educate people about the signs, effects, and available resources for victims.

Hosting workshops and seminars in collaborating with organizations such as the to provide support and resources for domestic violence survivors. These workshops will highlight strategies and techniques for individuals living in homes where domestic violence is prevalent, as well as those who may be susceptible to such violence, offering them tools to lead balanced, healthy, and fulfilling lives.

Community Engagement to include events such as walks, runs, and fundraisers to demonstrate solidarity with survivors.

As the new Mrs. British Virgin Islands Globe, I commit to fostering a positive and supportive environment that promotes open conversations and encourages individuals to take a stand against domestic violence.
